Refund & Cancellations Policy
At Mahadev Services, we strive to provide the most accurate and helpful astrological guidance. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:
1. Nature of Service
Our services include a personalized Astrology PDF Report and a 1-on-1 Consultation Call. Since the PDF report is a digital product customized specifically for your birth details and queries, it involves significant time and manual analysis.
2. Refund Eligibility
Before Work Begins: If you change your mind and request a refund before we have started preparing your PDF report, we will issue a full refund.
After PDF Delivery: Once the personalized PDF report has been generated and sent to your email, no refunds will be issued. This is because the service (the analysis and document creation) has already been completed.
3. Consultation Calls (Zoom/Google Meet)
The 15-minute call is a complimentary part of the $30 package. If you are unable to attend the scheduled call, you can reschedule it once, at least 2 hours in advance.
Missing a scheduled call without prior notice does not entitle you to a refund of the package fee.
4. Accuracy & Disclaimer
Astrology is based on planetary calculations and interpretations. While we provide guidance based on years of experience, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of future events. A refund will not be issued based on a disagreement with the astrological findings or predictions.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (only applicable if work has not started), please email us at support@mahadevservices.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
